Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Montgomery Texas, The Light Room is a natural light studio designed with intention and simplicity. Bathed in soft, ever-changing daylight, it offers a quiet, minimal space for photographers, creators, and storytellers to bring their vision to life. Whether you're shooting portraits, products, or editorial work, the studio’s clean design and adaptable layout provide the perfect blank canvas. Available for hourly or daily rental, The Light Room is where light leads — and creativity follows.

The Light Room is a creative space intentionally designed for professional and aspiring photographers. To maintain the integrity of the space and ensure it's used safely and appropriately, all bookings must be made by individuals with photography experience. We review each request and reserve the right to approve bookings based on portfolio, usage intent, and alignment with the studio’s purpose.

The Light Room features five seamless paper backdrops, each 9 feet wide, to suit a variety of creative needs: white, pink, pecan, charcoal grey, and black. Whether you're aiming for a clean, minimal look or something with deeper contrast, these curated colors offer a versatile foundation for your shoot.

Casual Lifestyle


Our front studio space is filled with soft, natural light and styled with modern, minimal vibes. It features a cozy queen-size bed, a linen swivel chair, a stylish couch, and classic wall moldings — offering a warm, elevated setting for lifestyle sessions, portraits, or editorial work. The neutral tones and thoughtful details make it an ideal backdrop for clean, timeless imagery.
